Up to ₹ 50,000.
Up to ₹ 2,00,000 for EWS / PwD / Defence Wards (≥ 80% in X, XII & Graduation + supporting documents).
Only the highest eligible NBS waiver is granted.

Disbursed semester/trimester-wise as per the fee cycle. Renewal requires a CGPA ≥ 7.2, 80% attendance, and good conduct.

The policy applies to all students admitted to NBS’s AICTE-approved MBA and PGDM programs.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official admissions desk or through the student portal.
If admission is cancelled before batch commencement or before 31 July (whichever is earlier), the student is eligible for a refund after deducting a processing fee of ₹1,000.
All eligible refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment account by mid-October of the financial year.
Refunds are released only after verification of payment records and confirmation of admission cancellation.
Any updates to this policy will strictly follow the latest AICTE notifications and regulatory requirements.
