Scholarship Committee

The Scholarship Committee at NBS shoulders the important task of monitoring the overall progress of students. It aims to facilitate the equitable and timely allocation of scholarship funds to deserving students. The committee is responsible for inviting applications and making decisions based on the applicants’ responses, thus playing a pivotal role in fostering the educational journey of numerous students at NBS.

Grievance Committee

The Grievance Committee at NBS stands as a pillar of support and justice for the students. This committee is committed to addressing students’ grievances in both academic and non-academic spheres, encompassing a wide range of issues such as assessment discrepancies, unfair treatment, attendance concerns, fee disputes, examination conduct, and incidents of harassment. Anti-ragging Committee

At NBS, we prioritize the well-being and safety of our students. The Anti-ragging Committee is established to eradicate the menace of ragging in the institute. Ragging is strictly prohibited, and any act of ragging is a punishable offense, attracting severe consequences including expulsion. This committee is responsible for creating awareness about the implications of ragging and ensuring the institute is a ragging-free zone.

Functions


  1. Creating awareness about the consequences of ragging through orientation programs, posters, and online platforms. 
  2. Instituting measures to prevent incidents of ragging in the institute. 
  3. Acting as a point of contact for reporting any ragging incidents. 
  4. Promptly investigating any reported incidents of ragging. 
  5. Taking stern actions against individuals found guilty of ragging. 
  6. Maintaining a vigilant and safe environment in the institute.

By fostering a ragging-free atmosphere, the Anti-ragging Committee aids in building a cohesive and friendly learning environment. It assures students and their families of their safety and wellbeing at NBS, consequently promoting a culture of respect and dignity.
