No. Hostel stay is optional. However, most outstation students prefer on-campus accommodation for convenience and safety.

The NBS hostels accommodate 660 students — 330 in the boys’ hostel and 330 in the girls’ hostel.

Students can choose between 2-sharing and 3-sharing air-conditioned rooms with attached washrooms and furniture.

Hostel fees include accommodation, meals, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Electricity is chargeable only for AC usage through prepaid meters.

• 2-Sharing: ₹2,16,000 per year
• 3-Sharing: ₹1,92,000 per year
  (Fees exclude internship period.)

Meals are prepared in an FSSAI-certified kitchen.
Menus are decided on a fortnightly basis by the Student Mess Committee, ensuring nutrition and variety.

Students can access football and cricket grounds, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis, pool, carrom, chess, air hockey, and a fully equipped gym with a full-time trainer.

The campus café remains open from 11 AM to 11 PM for snacks and beverages.

Fees are paid in two instalments:

• 60% before the session starts
• 40% by 15 December

Yes, ₹25,000 is payable at the time of booking. It is refundable after a minimum stay of one year.

If a student withdraws before the program starts, ₹20,000 is deducted and the balance refunded by October 2025.
No refund or withdrawal is allowed once the program begins.

No. Once admitted, students are required to stay for the first academic year.

Select the hostel option in your admission form, complete the Hostel Registration Form, and pay the applicable fees. Room allocation is first-come, first-served.

Yes. NBS provides on-campus laundry services and professional housekeeping for all hostel areas.

Yes. The girls’ hostel has 24×7 security, CCTV surveillance, and a full-time female warden.
