Indicate your preference for hostel accommodation.
Complete the hostel registration form and pay the fees.
Receive acknowledgment
Note: Hostel admissions run from July to June, with a minimum stay requirement of one year. Allocation is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Fees once paid will not normally be refunded. However, under special circumstances, the following procedure will be followed:
If a student withdraws admission from the program before its start, a cancellation charge of Rs. 20000 will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded by October 2025.
No Hostel Withdrawal Request will be entertained after the Commencement of the program.
Once admitted to the hostel, students are required to stay compulsorily for the first year of the program. They will be readmitted to the hostel during the second year of the program based on availability and hostel regulations.
